New things! Don't be afraid.

Hey people,

I have moved to Manhattan. I know it's not far or anything. But, well. I think I'll be around and come back and visit the show here and there. In my opinion Hoboken Comedy Night is about to be new and improved. It's now split between 3 very wonderful, funny, and different hosts. Hopefully they'll introduce themselves, but maybe not. Maybe they are jerks contrary to my cheery opinion of them.

Ok, I really enjoyed doing the show and bringin it to you over the past year and I hope you liked it too!

The show will begin again in late January. OMG OMG it is like so exciting really.

Love,

Heather

Ok, so it's definitely time for an update.
The first show of the fall season is tomorrow night OMG U R GONNA FREAKIN LOL my friends, I mean it.

Fall Dates for Hoboken Comedy Night (All Sundays)
Oct 8 and 22
Nov 5 and 19
Dec 3 and 17

October 8's lineup rocks so hard it makes me bleed a little.

And just for the sake of reposting some FYI-
The show is FREE as in NO COVER and you can get yummy cheap beers and chill on the Goldhawk's cozy couches while enjoying a laughy laugh or two.

It's located at the corner of 10th and Park.
The start time is 8pm and yeah, feel free to come in late, though the show won't start until a decent crowd has poured in (it's not fair to the first comedian ...)

And here's October 22's lineup:
Brooke Van Poppelen
Elon James White
Esther Ku
Hoboken High School's very own Patrick and Christian
and Captain Hilarious!

Here's how a person gets there if they are clueless and scared about Hoboken:
PATH cost: $1.50. You can use cash or a metrocard, but not the
monthly kind. If you take the PATH, and it's not all that nice out or
you are rushing, just grab a cab from the cabstand right when you get
to Hoboken. All cabs are a flat fee of 4 bucks.
You can get on the PATH here: 33rd and 6th Ave, 23rd and 6th Ave,
14th and 6th Ave, 9th and 6th Ave, Christopher and Hudson; and WTC
(but WTC doesn't go directly to Hoboken on Sunday). It runs 24/7.

If you take the Bus, it's really easy because it can drop you off at
10th st so you are right there. You get the Bus at the Port Authority
on 42nd and 8th Ave. Find terminal 204. Just go there and give the
dude $2.30.

This link has maps and directions. If you plan to walk from the PATH,
you may want to take a look at the map so you have an idea about where
stuff is.
